Endorsed by Me: Hope You Join Great Expectations Denver
You guys know I hate to say it, ’cause without a date, I get pretty lonely. Here’s the scoup, yesterday I devoured what seemed like a pound of bacon. To ease the pain of datelessness, no less. Don’t judge me (j/k!). Does that tell you anything? Well, that’s the moment when I first thought about singles events in my new hometown.
I already knew the solution. I’ll meet new singles thru professionally hosted Denver singles events. That could do me good. Here’s a story. After practically choking down some of grandma’s potato salad at little Brent’s Easter egg hunt at Oak Park last night, great aunt Judy wanted to know if I’ve met that special someone. I don’t know why they even care. I didn’t want to answer, but then laughed, “No.”
Can you believe that even Gramps opining along the lines of my personal matters. I said to all of them: “Seriously, what do you know about dating?”
Guess what? Each one of them scoffed. Irritated, I called Dave so I could clear my head. That didn’t help! I didn’t learn a thing. My cousin, who was a fellow Ram in high school (go Rams!) advised that I enroll in Great Expectations. I said, “Yeah, maybe I should.” Should have thought of it myself. I am truly grateful for this Dallas dating service.
When I started, matchmaking was a novel thing from my perspective. I showed up already a little anxious, and then I started getting butterflies in my stomach. A mere emotional anxiety didn’t pull the plug on another incredible Great Expectations event. The night was a happy hour not to forget. The gems of the occasion had to be the attractive, single women.
I started going to these amazing Great Expectations Dallas singles events and mixers, I got in touch with a collection of dynamite friends that obviously feel as excited as I am when talking about real-world dating. I really shouldn’t allow anyone give me a hard time about living the bachelor’s life after all these years. Surprisingly enough, dating in Dallas with Great Expectations is a lot of fun and like a dream come true.
