Even business needs communication that talks the language of heart. Look at the successful advertisements. You will find that the company is trying to touch the consumers’ hearts. Study any close business relationship, and you will find that the relationship has crossed the “to the point talk” of business and reached heart to heart talk between the buyer and the supplier.
Communication for better relationships-
For long lasting relationships and for living a satisfied life, we need to communicate with everyone we come across in the language that is dear to all of us. That is the language that touches the heart! How to do that? Can that be done?
Writing and answering emails -
Emails are the most popular and common method of communication in today’s world. Most of us, who are otherwise not on our computer all the day, try to find some time to check our mails and answer them. Emails have become preferred method and a second habit, rather an essential part of a modern person.
How do we talk to each other on emails? some of us are very brief where as some others believe in writing long paragraphs to send a small message. It is same as our behavior in other areas of life. Those who believe in speaking less, write short answers and mails. Our habits carry themselves in our method of writing mails. But the habit of sending short mails is becoming more prevalent.
Why brief mails ?
Why it is that brief mails are becoming more common? Is it because most of us are finding no time to talk. We are always so busy and rushed that gone are the days when people used to sit down and write their text after deep thought. For a majority of young population the main task is to finish answering all the mails as soon as possible. How does one talk heart to heart in such a life?
This reflects our living style in the modern world. Most of us want to achieve our goals as soon as possible. No one has the time to sit back and reflect. Life is becoming a prisoner of work. Even our ancestors used to work, but are we living a satisfied life such as they used to? The answer would be no. Brief writing habit is part of the deterioration in quality life
Emails – The cause of poor quality of life?
Are emails one of the causes of deteriorating quality communication? This can be debated. But the ease of answering and the hurry to open another mail and answer propels us to finish our mails fast. The technology is making us do it. The response of computers is so quick that we work in an unknowing hurry. Is this not worth a thought?
What can be done?
We must try to live a satisfied and happy life. For that, we must communicate better. Our communication must be heart to heart, even when we are rushing through the day. That is little difficult but not impossible as it sounds. Sending eCards, and Egreetings can help us in doing this to a great extent. A quick search on the net, and you will find a big resource of cards that talk the language of the heart. It may take a little more time, but will give us satisfaction at the end of the day.
Some examples of eCards that can help a business person in daily life are here -

I recently had a customer ask for my advise about cleaning her refrigerator.
I started to describe the pros and cons of different cleaners that can be used to clean the interior when she stopped me abruptly. “I know all about that stuff “, she informed me, “I mean the black coil thing on the back”.
So, in response to this common question I offer the following step-by-step directions.
Firstly, the ‘black coil thing’ at the rear of the refrigerator is called a condenser. Without too much technical jargon, its job is to dissipate heat into the kitchen. It does this by the condensation of the refrigerant gas. Hence, its name. The condenser tubing is usually seen on the rear of a refrigerator. It is produced in a serpentine form with additional fins running across it for added heat dissipation.
“Heat, I thought we were talking about refrigerators, not stoves”.
You will have to believe me when I say: ‘a refrigerator does not produce cold air’. Rather, its job is to transfer heat from inside the refrigerator cabinet to the outside. While doing this it removes heat from your food and that results in your food becoming cold.
So, who cares! You should. Because a major part in this transferring of heat is the ‘black coil thing’ we have been talking about. Yes, that’s right, the condenser.
Without the condenser our refrigerator would not operate. Therefore, we are going to learn how to do basic maintenance of this part and keep our refrigerator in tip-top shape.
—————————— So let’s begin
Tools required:
Vacuum cleaner Brush or vacuum brush attachment Cotton rag Light strength household cleaner Garbage bag
1. Pull the refrigerator away from the wall and unplug it.
2. The condenser will be the radiator-looking part on the rear of the refrigerator.
3. Use a brush or vacuum cleaner to remove any dust buildup on the condenser. Remember, the condenser is made of thin tubing and is full of a high-pressure (130 psig) gas. So be gentle. If you injure the tubing a simple cleaning could turn into an expensive repair.
4. If you have a pet expect to see a large accumulation of animal fur on the condenser. If a lot of dust or fur is present then clean off with a dry rag and dispose into the garbage bag. We suggest using the dry rag method first to avoid clogging up the vacuum hose.
5. Next, use the vacuum cleaner to finish the basic cleaning of the condenser. The brush attachment of the vacuum cleaner works particularly well at this point. The brush will allow you to get in between all the fins and remove the dust hiding there.
6. Finish by cleaning the condenser with a rag dampened with water. Avoid using any cleaner. Since the condensers job is to transfer heat any residue left by a cleaner could impede this process. Under no circumstances use something like furniture polish (example lemon furniture polish) or a dust removal spray. It will leave a waxy residue that will end up attracting more dust. Something that works extremely well is a static duster (not the dusting clothes). If you are not sure what I mean, it is the cleaning device that looks like a cats’ tail attached to a long handle. They are great because they pick up dust without using any chemicals.
7. Use the vacuum to remove dust from the cardboard cover that is near the bottom rear of the refrigerator. It is covering the area where the compressor and electrical components reside. It will usually have holes in it where dust can accumulate.
8. Vacuum any dust from the floor and the cavity where the refrigerator normally resides. Vacuum the sides of the refrigerator. If there is a kick plate (floor level grille) at the front of the refrigerator vacuum it also. Hint: Do not remove the kick plate to clean. Some are very difficult to re-install.
9. Plug in the refrigerator and push back into place.
That’s it … that’s all. The whole process should have taken approximately 15 minutes.
In the space of a few minutes you have accomplished a number of objectives. You have removed a major source of dust from your home; made the refrigerator operate more efficiently; and lowered your electrical consumption.
Even though it is an easy job, it is one that usually gets forgotten. So don’t wait until the serviceman arrives once every few years to do this.
It is a very important cleaning project for the reasons already stated. Therefore, this is a job that should be placed right near the top of your next spring-cleaning list.

Using the power of the sun is becoming increasingly attractive from an economic and environmental aspect. If you’re going solar, you need to know the components.
Solar Components
While generally considered electric platforms, solar systems definitely have unique components. Here’s some of the jargon you are going to need to be familiar with before buying.
1. Photovoltaic Cell – This is the key piece of any solar platform. Known as a PV cell, it is typically a small cell containing a silicon substance under glass. When the sun hits the cell, the silicon undergoes an electrical reaction that creates a charge. The charge is collected by small wires. Depending on the nature of the cell, each should produce roughly half a volt.
2. Solar Panel – A collection of solar cells joined as a unit in a frame. A single panel typically is insufficient to produce enough energy to power anything of significance in your home.
3. Solar System – Also known as a photovoltaic system, a solar system is an interconnected set of solar panels. This is what you see on the roofs of home or other areas around homes and buildings. A solar system converts enough sunlight into electricity to provide most or all of the power required by a home.
4. Orientation – Before installing a panel system, one has to give some thought regarding where to put it. The sun tracks across a structure in a particular way. To maximize the energy production, the panels have to be oriented to receive the maximum amount of sunlight. This, of course, results in the maximum amount of electricity.
5. Direct Current – A type of electricity that flows in only one direction. Solar cells produce direct current electricity.
6. Alternating Current – Electricity that flows in both directions. AC power is used by utilities and in practically all appliances and machines in a home.
7. Inverter – A key component in a solar panel system. The inverter converts the direct current produced by the solar panels into AC power that can be used in the home or fed back into a utility power grid system.
Obviously, there are a wide variety of systems for converting sunlight into power. Making yourself familiar with the above components is a good place to start.

This article is about getting over the friendship barrier for a female.
If it is a girl you are really interested in your mind might be filled with doubts and insecurities:
What if she says no? Am I trying to move too fast? Maybe she thought we were just friends and she will be offended if I ask.
All of these fears, although natural and common, are dumb. If you want a date with this girl you have the right to ask her out. Don’t allow your life to be ruled by doubt and insecurity.
There are “steps” you must “walk up.”
To get from the friendship path to the dating path, you must walk up the five steps of the barrier.
Step 1: This step may seem stupid, but it’s the most important step, you have to have her name, and don’t get it from someone else, if you two don’t know each other already, ask her for her name! I cannot stress this enough.
Step 2: Get her phone number. You might have some friends in common, so just tell her you want to keep in touch, or just tell her straight up, “Hey, *her name*, what’s your number?”, and if she asks why, just tell her why, don’t lie! THAT IS ONE THING YOU NEVER WANT TO DO! If you lie to her in the beginning, your entire relationship (friend and romantic) will be based on a lie.
Step 3: CALL HER!! This is another mistake that men make; they don’t call the girl while they are just friends.
Step 4: Schedule a “date.” Ask the girl to see if you want to go to movie, go to a local sports game, or even a theatrical play. And plan it during something else that your friends are going to, so when she asks if your/her friends can come, you can say sure, and know that they aren’t. THIS IS NOT LYING, YOU ARE TELLING THE TRUTH. You do want them to come, but they are going to something else, so it’ll just be you and her.
Step 5: Just ask her out, ask her if she wants to go out with you. Don’t do this just after one “date” and keep calling her in-between. Wait until you feel comfortable. WARNING: DO NOT GO OFF THE “PATH” INTO THE FRIENDS ZONE!!
There is no guarantee this will work, and this is not for everyone; from my experience, this usually works. I made this for all the “nice” and naive guys that have been dumped in the past, or are afraid to ask someone on a date. Remember all she can say is no, and it won’t be that awkward between you two.
This is just basic instructions, I will be writing a more extensive article, and it will be out early 2006.
